Fee Policy Guidelines

General Instructions

  • School Fee & Transport Fee will be charged for the entire Academic Calendar Year
  • Fee once deposited will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances
  • Fee will be accepted on all working days (except holidays)

Mode of Payment

  • Payment of fees is strictly through Bank Account JODO E-Mandate only
  • Cash, Cheque, or any other mode of payment will not be accepted
  • Parents/Guardians are requested to ensure sufficient balance in their account

Due Date & Late Payment

  • The due date for fee submission is the 15th of every month
  • If 15th falls on Sunday/holiday, fee processed on next working day without penalty
  • Mandate failure/bounce will incur penalty as per bank rules
  • Continuous default may lead to suspension of student services

Other Guidelines

  • Due reminder will be shared with parents before the deadline
  • Fee-related queries timing: 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. on working days
